Strict lockdown only way to combat Covid-19, says Umno’s Khaled
A NATIONAL lockdown is the way to stem the surging tide of Covid-19 infections in the country, said Mohamed Khaled Nordin.
The Umno vice-president said now that the health standard operating procedures (SOPs) have proved to be ineffective, it was time to restrict human movement to stop the outbreak.
