The Kenya Human Rights Commission (KHRC) has called on the public to initiate a citizen’s arrest of Deputy Inspector General of Administration Police, Gilbert Masengeli, if Interior Cabinet Secretary Kithure Kindiki does not ensure his imprisonment.
