Germany bans Lenovo’s products over patent infringement
The regional German court has ruled that Chinese tech company Lenovo and its subsidiary Motorola infringed on the patent rights of US firm InterDigital. The court in Munich prohibited both companies from selling devices supporting 4G/5G networks (smartphones and tablets) across Germany.
