We take great pride in providing you with the absolute best advice for the issues and life events that you bring to Lezzie. It’s very important that you know that we take great care to protect your identity and privacy around each of your submissions.
We feel customer/user expectation starts with informing you of the process that we follow. Our process is a relatively short and sweet one but there’s a good deal of thought that goes into each step!

Submit Your Question/Comment to Lezzie
The first step in this process is for you to gather up enough courage to submit your question or comment. So you own step #1!

Lezzie Review
The second step features Lezzie thoroughly reviewing your submission. She'll categorize it and check the DearLezzie.com repository for similar submissions and if there are none Lezzie will draft a response.

3RD |
Lezzie Responds
The third step features Lezzie responding to your submission in any number of ways. If your submission is similar to previous submissions then Lezzie will direct you to them. If it's not then she will send you her response and if you indicated that it's ok to repost the submission and response then others will be able to see it as well.
