Sharri Markson ‘condemned’ by media who have now conceded ‘the exact same point’
Sharri Markson was initially “condemned” by some media for her investigation into the origins of COVID-19, but now they have actually conceded the “same point” as her, according to Sky News host Chris Kenny.
“At its heart, Sharri’s reporting has focused on the concerns of western governments and considerable evidence that the virus did not emerge naturally through animals at a wet market… but rather leaked accidentally from the Wuhan Institute of Virology,” Mr Kenny said.
“Still Markson does not assert that this is what happened, rather, the US and other countries are investigating that theory, that there is a strong likelihood this could be what happened – human error sparking an accidental global pandemic.
“But bizarrely, some media are more interested in dissing Sharri’s reporting rather than finding out what happened.
“Eryk Bagshaw and Anthony Galloway were at it again this week in the Sydney Morning Herald, attacking Markson’s reporting, this time not because they claimed it was wrong but bizarrely – because some of the crucial information was publicly available,” Mr Kenny said.
“Still, there is something about the Sydney Morning Herald’s latest attack that gives away their whole agenda, and also proves the very point of Sharri Markson’s reporting.”
